Camplus Santa Marta, located in Venice within the former Venetian Cotton Mill, represents an excellent example of how history and innovation can merge into a single project. This residence, born from the collaboration with Ca' Foscari University and situated close to its classrooms, stands out as the largest student housing in the city, becoming the hub of student hospitality thanks to its strategic location and proximity to the main academic points of interest.
The facility offers a variety of accommodations ranging from spacious studio apartments to comfortable studios with kitchenettes, available in both single and double versions, all characterized by high-quality finishes and custom furnishings. The common spaces include a lobby with a dining area, study rooms, a conference room, a shared laundry, and a garden, promoting community life and student integration. Moreover, Camplus hosts the first Hum.us restaurant and a redeveloped green area, both open to the public, and a state-of-the-art gym, highlighting the residence's commitment to creating a vibrant and inclusive environment for its residents.

the Affinity Food Space
Hum.us is the Camplus space dedicated to dining, a project created to provide an environment different from the usual canteens, a place where you can enjoy food made by food professionals, but also study, work together, and participate in meetings with some of the most famous artisans in the industry.
